Job Description:

We’re looking for a keener to join our team at Aequilibrium.

As our Project Coordinator, you’ll get to work with bright, passionate people who are incredibly driven to succeed at what they do. You’ll work closely with project managers on a variety of projects, helping as a liaison between project managers and the production team. You’ll have the opportunity to manage and deliver small projects on budget, on schedule, and to client satisfaction.

It’ll be your job to help with clients and internal teams, prepare project documentation, support project plans, manage and deliver on those projects, and participate in a truckload of other duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Applying basic knowledge of PMO Process Groups; project financials, planning, forecasting, and resourcing
  • Tracking task status and ensuring goals and deadlines are met
  • Completing assigned project deliverables
  • Tracking financial baselines and their impact on the overall project and/or project costs
  • Consolidating timesheets, financial summaries, and reporting for project manager
  • Acting as a key point of contact for the project manager and project team
  • Assisting the project team with production issues
  • Communicating regularly with project manager(s) and interacting with client staff
  • Understanding client business objectives and key success measures, and contributing to client satisfaction

Skills and Experience:

  • A Business Administration degree or equivalent experience/education

  • A strong verbal and written communicator, with excellent organizational skills

  • Working knowledge of Project Management applications(MS Project, Evolve) would be an asset
  • Experience with office productivity tools such as Excel, Word and Outlook required
  • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with Office productivity suite (Excel, Word, MS Project)

Bonus Points:

  • Digital agency or gaming experience
  • Experience working with / coordinating geographically-dispersed teams
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams (UX, tech, marketing, and strategy)
