Project Manager - Contract

Based in Vancouver, we are looking for an experienced digital Project Manager who is up for creating world class customer experiences. Your experience managing projects, delivering online technology solutions, building creative and innovative ideas, and managing multi-disciplinary and geographically distributed teams will be essential to executing successful campaigns and projects. You must also have solid interpersonal skills; you will be working closely with both our clients and our internal cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative and technology professionals.

This is a great role for an incredibly detail-oriented team player who is able to deliver what our client's need. You might describe yourself as a bit of a control freak, high energy, incredibly accurate, and totally committed to delivering awesome work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver projects on budget, on time, and on schedule
• Define (with key stakeholders) and manage project scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, and communication
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams through all phases of the project life-cycle providing coaching, motivation and inspiration
• Work closely with our partner account executive, communicate with clients and teams on an ongoing basis and ensure changing resource and project requirements are met and understood
• Responsible for project revenue management and reporting
• Effectively interact with client at a variety of levels.
• Participate in client pitches and proposals by preparing project budgets, timelines and related materials.

Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years project management experience managing marketing campaigns, e-commerce, ERP, CRM, web related or content management projects
• A track record delivering complex projects on time and on budget while maintaining effective client and team relationships
• Solid understanding of web production processes and/or digital marketing campaign programs
• Knowledge of standard project management tools and methodologies, including but not limited to risk management, scope management, change management
• Highly developed communication, presentation, leadership, facilitation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with a diverse range of talents, personalities and teams
• Ability to work under pressure, within extremely tight deadlines and maintain a good sense of humor, tact and professionalism
• Have analytical and financial skills in order to forecast and report revenue, expenses, and project completion milestones
• Knowledge and experience working in an agency model would be preferred
• Agile or Lean development experience is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare domain is also a plus
• An undergraduate degree and the successful completion of project management accreditation and/or equivalent experience
